I have found my creative niche, the ideas are flowing, my fingers are constantly itching to stitch, and I find myself inexplicably with a hoop in my hand when...maybe...I should be doing other things.
This little number that I am currently stitching is called Wishing Well and is a sample for a techniques workshop in Christchurch I will be announcing this week. I am in the process of looking for a location and finalising dates. It has been stitched using padded satin stitch, has the added bonus of a few beads and sparkley things, and I am currently finishing it with hand quilting using my ripples technique.
